2. What we collect
Data you submit through the contact form — name, email address and the content of your message. Server logs record IP address, browser type and timestamp for security and availability purposes.
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to negotiate and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies
The site uses only technically necessary cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. Any analytics used are configured without personal identifiers.
5. Sharing and transfers
Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the site and our email — hosting and email providers within the EU/EEA. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from last contact. Data forming part of a contractual or accounting record is kept for the periods required by Czech accounting and tax law.
