VAT
The company is not currently registered for VAT in the Czech Republic. Invoices are issued without VAT. This page is updated if registration status changes.
Invoicing
Bank details are stated on each invoice. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
Governing law
Contracts are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction over the company's registered seat.
Consumer disputes
Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes falls to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), adr.coi.cz.
