Output — one-page problem brief

We map what you have — people, systems, contracts, constraints — and pinpoint exactly where it breaks and what it costs you.

Output — findings and risk register

A sequenced plan in plain language: what to do, in what order, with what team, and what to stop doing.

Output — roadmap with owners and dates

We help you ship it and measure the result — either alongside your team or with senior engineers we bring in.

Output — working software, measured

Two to four weeks, fixed fee. A written assessment and plan you own outright, whether or not we continue.

Monthly. Standing access to a principal for architecture reviews, hiring calls and board-level technology questions.

Time-and-materials or milestone-based. Senior engineers embedded with your team until the plan is shipped.
